Food: - the food was pretty great considering it was a different cuisine from what my boyfriend & I usually eat - not a lot of options to choose from the online menu - onion rings were really good considering it was my first time trying onion rings in general + the sauce that went along with it - arancini wasn't a favorite from my boyfriend & I mainly due to the outer layer. The bread didn't taste good to us but the inside layer of the cheese was good as well - tomato soup tasted yummy, finished it up real quick + mixed some of the cheese from inside the arancini which was delicious as well - the short ribs was the main course my boyfriend & I shared & it was delicious! Wish we ordered more Service: - was a bit of a wait to get a table about an hour without a reservation so I would call ahead to place one - being placed on the waiting list was very easy to follow through. It's through text messages & it was timely & accurate - workers were nice & friendly! Loved the environment & didn't feel out of place - to explore the oasis scenery there is a piece of paper on the table that you lay facing where it says you are out looking at the scenery which is a great idea in general & loved Ambiance: - absolutely beautiful - very fancy - a nice place to take pics! - restaurant was very clean & the tables were bussed thoroughly Overall: A great experience & im glad i got to enjoy it with my boyfriend! We're from out of town about a 8-10 hour drive & stopping by this place was a must for us. I wish to stop by here with my boyfriend's mom to treat her out. Such a nice place & yummy food.

Inside Out continues to be one of my favorite restaurants in San Diego. The food and drinks are so delicious, serving staff is the best, and the themed decor is unbelievably gorgeous!!! My favorite theme is the Enchanted Oasis during September-October, and I look forward to it each year!

Came for a bachelorette brunch during their Pride month celebration! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It was so beautiful inside (as well as the staff ) and extremely easy to make a reservation via open table for a group of 8. The food was delicious, I ordered the Loco Moco and my friend ordered the Hamburger and we shared our entrees. I am SOOOO glad we did because the Loco Moco was deeeelicious since the patty had a nice sear to it! We also got a side of onion rings which were extremely crispy, I dare assume that they were double fried. Anyways, they were so good, we had to order another round for the table. We also ordered a pitcher of one of their alcohol concoctions to share with the table which was actually generously strong! The only con I can think of is that they only have street parking. They do have a little lot attached under the apartments, but they are actually for the employees only! There weren't any signs, so make sure you just save the trouble and park on the street! There's also a really cute and unique coffee shop behind the restaurant for those needing an extra boost after their meal!
